I found the article by Almeida et al., (2018). This study was about using pictures of community activities in a preference assessment. The study used the results to find out if individuals would respond more to gaining the preferred community choices over the low community choice. The overall results found that all off the participants responded more when their choice of community activity was presented (Almeida et al., 2018). The authors went on to state that when presented with the low preferred community choice three out of four of the participants did not respond at all. I believe this information could be useful to so many individuals. From a residential setting for daily living tasks to those learning how to complete tasks in the work force. This information could even help stere the job training or tasks to represent something in that community area. For example, if an individual is always choosing a pet store, and they are at a level where they can follow a schedule, they could learn to feed the animals or clean their cages. Or if an individual is always choosing target, they could learn to stock shelves.
